A special executive magistrate court in New Delhi released Cockroach Janta Party leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka after they gave written undertakings not to breach peace or call protests at denotified Jantar Mantar. They furnished personal and Rs 50,000 surety bonds, were freed from Tihar Jail, and face an inquiry with the next hearing on October 23.
