Congress MP Shashi Tharoor declined to comment on Rahul Gandhi's reported four-day trip to Vietnam, saying he is 'not a travel agent', after the BJP criticised Gandhi for travelling abroad amid protests in New Delhi over the Chief Election Commissioner and SIR of electoral rolls. Rahul had left following the Congress's Goy Rakhon Yatra in Goa.
