The Indore bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court summoned DCP Narendra Rawat after an allegedly unauthorised pandal erected in Gandhi Nagar reportedly blocked a 50-foot stretch of the main road, disrupting thousands of families and local businesses. The court questioned lack of permission and alleged administrative inaction and political pressure; matter will be heard again on Thursday.
