Uttar Pradesh has launched a special “No voter to be left behind” drive to help eligible citizens get included in the electoral roll. The campaign focuses on first-time voters, young people, women, persons with disabilities and homeless citizens. Eligible residents can apply through Form 6 online via the ECI portal or ECINET app, or submit it offline.
