Newly appointed India captain Smriti Mandhana has paid tribute to Harmanpreet Kaur after her decade-long stint as captain ended following India’s Asian Games gold. Mandhana, in her instagram story, called it a pleasure to play under Kaur and vowed to build on her legacy. Kaur leaves behind a landmark tenure that included India’s first Women’s ODI World Cup title and two Asian Games gold medals.
