SEBI extended a relaxation allowing companies to revise IPO fresh issue sizes by up to 50% without filing fresh draft documents, now valid until March 31, 2027. The concession applies only to fresh issues, not offer-for-sale, and requires unchanged IPO objectives, merchant banker justification, due diligence, updated prospectus disclosures and an investor addendum after AIBI representations.
