The CM’s office stated that he often wears locally made garments for government and political events. This initiative aims to promote the state's local products and strengthen their branding. Dhami has also instructed state departments to prioritize buying local products. The move will support artisans and help Uttarakhand's unique handicrafts gain national and international recognition.
