The Supreme Court has listed Shyamkanu Mahanta’s bail plea for another hearing in the first week of November as the case linked to Zubeen Garg’s death continues. The Assam government told the court that 94 of 394 witnesses had been examined by August 14, while several key witnesses based in Singapore are still expected to give their statements.
