Veteran actor Nana Patekar was cremated with state honours late Thursday at his Donje farmhouse near Pune, around 11:30 PM, by son Malhar Patekar. Malhar said delays transporting his father's body from Goa to the farmhouse caused the late timing. He affirmed Nana’s philanthropic legacy will continue through the Naam Foundation and family-led initiatives.
