US Ambassador to India Sergio Gor urged predictable taxation, stable regulation, stronger intellectual property protection, and trust-based engagement on export controls and technology flows to deepen US-India commercial ties. Speaking at the IACC National Convention 2026 in Mumbai, he noted bilateral trade growth from about $20 billion to over $240 billion and highlighted joint efforts to reach $500 billion by 2030.
