Amazon's Prime Video will become the exclusive global home for the Emmy Awards under a six-year deal starting in 2027, the Television Academy and Prime announced. The move ends the broadcast rotation among ABC, CBS, Fox and NBC. The ceremony will still air live each September and remain free worldwide without requiring a Prime subscription.
