India’s Sujeet Kalkal pulled off a stunning comeback to win the men’s 65kg wrestling gold at the 2026 Asian Games. Trailing Tajikistan’s Abdulmazhid Kudiev 2-9, Kalkal fought back with crucial takedowns to edge the final 10-9. His victory adds another Asian Games wrestling gold to India’s 65kg legacy after Bajrang Punia and Yogeshwar Dutt.
