Sollfege Smart Electronics, a Kolkata-based premium audio and home-automation firm, will open its IPO from September 30 to October 5, 2026, offering 3,960,000 shares at Rs.55 each to raise Rs.21.78 crore for proposed BSE SME listing. Proceeds will fund 12 new showrooms (Rs.8.54 crore), working capital (Rs.9.67 crore) and general corporate purposes (Rs.1.80 crore). Market lot is 2,000 shares.
