Sarvam, a homegrown AI startup that builds Indian-language models and applications for government agencies and businesses, is negotiating a $250-300 million funding top-up at a $3 billion valuation, people close to the talks said. The new round would double its valuation since June and could make it India’s highest-valued AI startup.
