Ritvik Sahore described working with Rajkummar Rao on Prahaar as a full-circle moment, recalling meeting him at the Stree success party and later playing his son. He praised Rajkummar's warmth, generosity and craft, saying he learned by observing him. They recreated their old photograph on set, and Ritvik will also appear in Dada alongside Rajkummar.
