Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal rebutted Union minister Rajnath Singh's allegation that Congress seeks a 'regime change', saying it is the people who want change and declaring 'time to go' for the government. Singh had accused Congress and its allies of provoking protests over alleged electoral irregularities and of trying to instigate a Bangladesh style overthrow by mobilising youth energy.
