Prime Minister Narendra Modi has urged the UPSC to keep reforming its examination and recruitment processes, saying even a few months’ delay can affect young aspirants. Addressing the Commission’s centenary celebrations in New Delhi, Modi called for “time certainty” and said selections should prioritise “Nation First” and “Citizen First.” He also urged exams to assess candidates’ motivation for joining public service.
