Arunachal Pradesh’s oldest town, Pasighat, is getting a serious urban makeover, with 42 of 43 Smart City Mission projects now complete. From a new Siang Riverfront and smarter roads to an e-library, recreation centre and upgraded markets, the projects are designed to make the town more liveable while creating new tourism and job opportunities for its youth.
