A Delhi court has issued fresh summons to YouTuber Dhruv Rathee in a 2018 defamation suit filed by BJP IT Cell member Vikas Pandey. The court noted Rathee has been residing in Austria for seven years and recently returned to India for protests. Judicial Magistrate Rahul Jain directed summons be served at his Gurugram address to facilitate prompt service.
