Actor Imran Khan, a US citizen and OCI cardholder, will move the Bombay High Court to challenge an FRRO notice ordering him to leave India by October 28 after his detention during an Oct 10 anti-CEC protest at August Kranti Maidan, Mumbai. His lawyers will argue OCI holders are not barred from participating in demonstrations under Immigration and Foreigners Act.
