Falguni Nayar, founder and CEO of Nykaa, tops the IDFC FIRST Private Banking and Hurun India's "Top 200 Self-Made Entrepreneurs of the Millennia 2024" list. Nykaa, founded in 2012, has a market cap of Rs 56,600 crore. Nayar has seen a 30% increase in her ranking since last year. At 50, she remains at the peak of her career.
