A manipulated video falsely claims External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar said India has the Afghan Taliban 'on our side' to pressure Pakistan. The original footage, from an Asia Society event in New York, does not contain such statements. Verification shows the clip was edited and the attributed Taliban remarks were never made by Jaishankar.
