Amitabh Bachchan paid an emotional tribute after Nana Patekar, 75, died of cardiac arrest at his Goa home. Recounting their Kohram association and Patekar’s KBC appearance, Bachchan recalled his simplicity, charity and love for village life. Patekar was found unconscious in Dona Paula, taken to Manipal Hospital and later cremated with state honours at his Donje farmhouse in Pune.
