Asia Asset Finance PLC, a listed Muthoot Finance subsidiary, completed its Rights Issue 2026, raising LKR 1.5039 billion and oversubscribed about 1.3 times, with new shares listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange. Strong Q1 FY26/27 results show a 51% rise in the loan book to LKR 5,270 crore, 72% revenue growth to LKR 357 crore, and profit after tax of LKR 43 crore.
