At Ikai’s store, customers can choose their boondi, flavour, filling and topping before a staffer assembles the ladoo in front of them. The brand also skips refined white sugar, using alternatives such as date palm jaggery and monk fruit sugar across its sweets, alongside premium, design-focused packaging.
