Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah will inaugurate a Rs 16.80 crore fermented-product dairy plant at the Bhopal Cooperative Milk Union premises on October 3. Funded by a Rs 6 crore central grant and Rs 10.80 crore union contribution, the facility processes 40,000 litres daily and will produce curd, buttermilk, lassi, shrikhand and mawa, expanding Sanchi brand’s value-added dairy output.
