Haryana DGP Ajay Singhal announced a phased plan to fill all state police vacancies by 2030 and spend ₹4,000 crore on infrastructure and modernization. He outlined recent recruitment, 5,500 last year, 4,000 by November and 6,000 by March, and noted allocations of ₹640 crore this year, ₹50 crore annual welfare spending, upgraded facilities, intensified anti-terror and cybercrime actions, and declining crimes against women.
