A father travelling by train with his six-month-old baby ran out of diapers and turned to Indian Railways’ RailMadad portal for help. Within minutes, the railway team responded and arranged diapers at Gaya Junction, the passenger said. He paid for them himself, making this an unexpected addition to the usual list of things passengers can get help with during a train journey.
