Titan Company has launched Vetra, an in-house automatic movement platform to expand its mechanical watch capabilities, including open-heart designs, GMT and date complications. CEO Kuruvilla Markose said mechanical watches in India are growing rapidly, with Titan's mechanical business nearly fivefold in three years, and the segment expected to rise to about ₹350 crore this fiscal, supporting premiumisation.
