Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta instructed officials to ensure the capital is clean, well-lit and orderly ahead of Diwali, directing field inspections, immediate removal of garbage, debris and unauthorised posters, and coordination among departments. She ordered daily cleaning drives, fixes for dark spots, staff allocation, accountability for negligence, and special cleanliness measures for offices, hospitals and schools.
