Reliance Jio Chairman Akash Ambani called the company’s upcoming IPO a major responsibility for shareholders and the start of Jio’s next growth phase. Speaking at India Mobile Congress 2026, he said affordability will remain central as Jio expands beyond connectivity into technology platforms. The IPO is expected to open for public subscription October 21, 23, with listing targeted around October 28.
