EAM S. Jaishankar arrived in Addis Ababa on October 9, ending a three-nation African tour that included Côte d'Ivoire and Ghana. India and Ethiopia seek to advance their strategic partnership through high-level talks. Welcomed by State Minister Berhanu Tsegaye, Jaishankar will chair the Regional Heads of Mission conference after recent Côte d'Ivoire discussions on defence, counter-terrorism, trade and investment.
