HYBE, SM, JYP and YG have formed a jointly owned company to develop the global 'Phenomenon' festival, each investing equal capital and holding equal voting rights. Park Jin-young said the initiative is led by the private sector and seeks to unite K-pop companies to expand global reach, build platforms like K-pop centers, and coordinate execution with government as needed.
