Air India and Air India Express have increased fuel surcharges on domestic and international one-way flights effective October 9, with tiered rates for various distance bands and destinations. Akasa Air also imposed surcharges on select domestic and international routes from October 9. IndiGo earlier raised fuel fees for new bookings from October 6, citing sharp rises in ATF prices.
