NeoGrowth's Festive Outlook 2026 reports that 77% of shoppers plan to spend more this festive season while 80% of MSMEs expect an improved period. Two-thirds of small businesses need additional funding to meet demand; 75% include offline shopping, 82% prefer digital payments, and about half of MSMEs are using or plan to adopt AI to boost sales.
