US delivery company DoorDash has opened its first India talent hub in Hyderabad’s HITEC City, starting with 500 employees and aiming to grow to over 3,000 within two years. The office will host Customer Experience and Integrity and General and Administrative teams to support global operations and may later add fraud review, integrity and technical support functions. It is DoorDash’s third CXI centre worldwide.
