The Confederation of Indian Industry launched the CII India Wellbeing Charter at the inaugural India Wellbeing Summit in Mumbai, urging companies to integrate employee wellbeing into business strategy, leadership accountability, work design and culture. Leaders highlighted research showing wellbeing’s link to performance and called for scalable, context-sensitive practices across corporate, technology, manufacturing and MSME workplaces.
