Bank customers in Chhattisgarh can expect normal branch operations from September 28 to 30 after the proposed three-day nationwide bank strike was deferred. Chhattisgarh Gramin Bank and other banks will continue operating as usual while the United Forum of Bank Unions holds further discussions with the Indian Banks Association. The deferment also removes a potential disruption around month-end salary and banking transactions.
