Civil society groups in Karnataka will hold a People's Tribunal and a 'Chappal protest' at Bengaluru's Freedom Park on October 8 to highlight alleged deletions from electoral rolls during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR). A day-long programme starting at 10:30 am will hear affected voters' testimonies and press demands to restore pre-SIR rolls and seek accountability.
