Actor Imran Khan, an American passport holder with OCI status, will challenge an FRRO notice ordering him to leave India by October 28 in the Bombay High Court, his lawyer Majeed Memon told News9 Digital. Memon argued the Constitution protects every person and said expulsion for protesting is challengeable absent specific violations of stay conditions.
