Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman met senior executives from global investment funds, banks and companies in Singapore to discuss expanding long-term investments in India across infrastructure, financial services, healthcare and other growth sectors. Meetings covered mobilising institutional and private capital, GIFT IFSC, policy reforms, AI adoption, renewable energy, semiconductors, MSMEs and strengthening financial cooperation between India and Singapore.
