Adani Group will invest more than Rs 1 lakh crore in West Bengal over the next decade across ports, logistics, power, roads, green cement and hyperscale data centres, Chairman Gautam Adani announced at the ICC Annual Session in Kolkata. The group plans a 2,000-bed Adani Arogya Mandir in New Town with half the beds for the poor, and stresses building infrastructure ahead of rising AI-driven demand.
