Axiscades Technologies, via subsidiary XIDA Inc., will acquire Silicon Valley based ITSJ Group for up to ₹67 crore (about US$7 million). The asset purchase, approved October 14, 2026, includes US$2.5 million cash at closing, XIDA shares vesting over 30 months, and up to US$2.0 million earn-out. ITSJ provides precision engineering for semiconductor and data centre systems.
