Aneet Padda, praised for her role in 2025’s Saiyaara, explains choosing the horror-comedy Shakti Shalini to diversify her work and lead a solo film. In a Variety India interview she called the film a blend of action, romance and supernatural, praised co-stars, and reflected on working with the late Nana Patekar while aiming to challenge her romantic image.
