Norway’s largest bank DNB will cut about 400 full-time equivalent roles in its Technology & Services unit as it restructures around agentic AI and digital solutions. The bank says AI agents are automating KYC, customer data handling, development and coding tasks, prompting a shift in required skills rather than simple one-for-one replacement of employees.
