Oswal Pumps will invest ₹456 crore to set up a 1.2 GW TOPCon solar cell plant through subsidiary OSEPL, aiming for commercial production by April 2028. The facility will supply about 75% of in-house cell needs, improve domestic sourcing, reduce market exposure, and support government programmes. Funding includes ₹296 crore debt and ₹159.85 crore from unused IPO proceeds.
