10 Years On, Modi Says India Has ‘Zero Tolerance’ for Terror

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said India follows a “zero tolerance” policy towards terrorism as the country marks 10 years since the 2016 surgical strikes. Speaking on Mann Ki Baat, Modi recalled the September 28–29, 2016 operation across the Line of Control following the Uri attack. He said the strikes demonstrated India’s willingness to respond decisively to cross-border terrorism.
