Adani Group will invest Rs 1 lakh crore in West Bengal by 2035 to grow power, logistics, data centres, healthcare and clean energy. At a foundation‑stone ceremony in New Town near Kolkata, Gautam Adani unveiled a Rs 40 billion hospital, medical college and research facility that will create over 10,000 jobs. He also backed revival of Kolkata’s Writers’ Building. It aims to boost infrastructure and employment.
