West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari said Union Home Minister Amit Shah has placed Jhargram under the Centre's direct ambit for a special development initiative, proposing a Rs 121 crore Comprehensive Integrated Development Plan covering health, electricity, water and animal resources. Adhikari announced targeted nutrition for PVTG families and vowed focused, rapid improvement across Junglemahal districts.
