Abhinay Deo's Doosra links Sourav Ganguly's NatWest-era defiance with a small-town girl's fight against patriarchy, but uneven writing and rushed character development weaken its impact. Strong performances and evocative Lord's imagery contrast with a short runtime, underdeveloped emotional arcs, and weak music, leaving a promising concept that fails to fully cohere.
